Portable Equipment : Pick-up from ITS Office (FA 41)

Please use this form for taking small, portable equipment such as video camcorders or digital cameras for off-campus events, including Multi-Purpose rooms located in Housing. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email to let you know that your order is being processed.

If you need equipment for your special event or activity, please contact the USI Office of Special Events and they will order the equipment for you.

USI Office of Special Events staff may select the link below to order equipment to be delivered for activities and events held on campus for the 2007-08 academic year.
