Training for the next version of Blackboard will begin in March 2014.  Seating will be limited so make sure you register early. To register for courses, simply check the courses you are interested in and fill out the short registration form.  Check all courses that apply, multiple courses can be registered for at once.  Training dates will be updated as new trainings become available, so check back to discover additional training opportunities.

Introductions
In this one hour session, users will learn how to create, deploy and administer tests, pools, and surveys in Blackboard. Advanced concepts of the Blackboard Grade Center including grading schema, grade views, grading periods, smart views and grade reports will also be discussed. This course is recommended for users who already know and understand the basics of Blackboard testing and Grade Center and want to learn to maximize the usefulness of these Blackboard features.

Advanced Topics
This one hour session will cover some of the new and advanced tools in Blackboard 9.1 including Blogs, Wikis, Journals, SafeAssignments, Self/Peer Assessments, and Groups. Advanced administrative topics including centralized course files, and course statistics will also be discussed. This course is recommended for users who are familiar with the basics of the Blackboard Learn+ system and would like to take advantage of the new features in Blackboard to enhance their course sites and the student learning experience.
